We stand by our commitment to provide top-notch services, and to demonstrate this, we offer a comprehensive money-back guarantee policy. If, for any reason, we fail to deliver on the promises made regarding your application processing, we will initiate a refund process without delay.
Please note the following:
- If the registration or application process is completed in compliance with government regulations, but issuance of the certificate is delayed by a government department or official, refunds will not be provided.
- In the event that an application is initially accepted but subsequently rejected due to unavailability of the applicant’s chosen company name, reimbursement will not be offered.
- Failure to submit required documents as per government regulations, lack of cooperation from the applicant, or any other reasons hindering the processing of the application will result in a deduction of INR 850 (eight hundred and fifty rupees only) as administrative fees.
- Any government fees, duties, challans, or other expenses incurred during the registration application process will be deducted from the refund amount before returning it.
- No refunds will be granted if a free service or a discount offer, associated with the paid service for which a refund is requested, has been utilized.
